For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for, nurturing, and championing children of every age and ability right here in Cookeville, Tennessee. What started as a calling became a career — and every year has only deepened my passion for giving children a safe, loving, and truly supportive place to grow.

I started Rose’s Sitter Services because I believe every child deserves attentive, personalized care — especially those with unique developmental needs. My background spans everyday childcare as well as physical therapy support, occupational therapy, behavioral and ABA-informed care, feeding therapy, and potty training. I’ve worked with children across a wide range of abilities, and I bring all of that experience into everything I do, every single day.

I care for children from birth through age 14 — and beyond that on a case-by-case basis — because a child’s need for skilled, trustworthy care doesn’t stop at a certain age. Whether your child is a newborn who needs gentle, attentive care or a teenager who needs a structured, supportive environment, there’s a place for them here.

When you leave your child with me, you’re leaving them with someone who sees them fully — quirks, challenges, strengths, and all — and celebrates every milestone along the way.
